By somewhat, and not a big deal since the fenders are going to get used anyway, is that they nested them together so what had happened is that metal that holds the mounts scratched the other fender. Like I said, not a big deal but should fairly be noted. Would also appreciate if their automated ship notification email included tracking numbers. Will order from them again."

"Ordered an Abit NF7 via Monarch's website. Since then no confirmation of shipment and no replies to inquiries. Nothing. Had to file a Paypal complaint today to either get my mobo or my money back.

Update:
A gentleman from the company called me the same day I put up this review asking what the problem was and I told him what was going on. He said he would call me back when he arrived at work to see if there was another mobo in stock because the one that I ordered was out of stock. By lunch time he called me back with great news, he was sending a new mobo instead of a refurb one like I ordered and had it shipped two day air. By the time I get to work tomorrow I should have the mobo in my hand. I can't say the gentlemans' name but a great guy to deal with. I'll definately be back for more!
Another update: Mobo just arrived. Packed exceedingly well and retail packed as promised. Thanks again Monarch for a outstanding job!"

"512mb x 2 PC3200 Dual Channel. RAM arrived fast and packaged well. Good communication of progress of order and shipment. Bad thing is RAM will not do below CAS 2.5 or lower latency settings. Runs at advertised speeds but definately not an overclockers RAM. My Kingston Hyperx runs much faster than this. But since it runs at their advertised speeds i'm forced to keep the RAM and also I can't afford to be without my computer for a week or more while an RMA process goes through. I can tell this is a stand up company but their RAM lacks the overhead to contend with the likes of Corsair or Kingston. I still 50 percent will order from them.
To sum it up..if you want high performance memory..you're buying from the wrong place..you want stability, quality, and price..this is the company. Don't expect higher benchmarks though. But definately solid memory..and the price can't be beat."

"Purchased a Geforce 4Mx440 via their website. Was shopping for a good video card on Pricewatch when I came upon their price for $41.00 for this card. Was hesitant at first but decided to go for it because of the cheap price. As per the website it said the card was backordered till the 23rd. Come 23rd and get an email that it had shipped..I was shocked. Didn't think they would get it out so quick. They quickly emailed me the tracking number and I just received it today. Very nice card, great price, slow shipping due to the holidays. Will order from again."

"Awesome experience..ordered 12/26/2002 via eBay auction. Order shipped the next day was received on 12/30/2002. Item as stated (No retail box or drivers) is new, even included batteries. "I can't say enough about this company. I put in an order for a Helly Hansen jacket on the 18th of November 2002. Until the 20 the status of the order say accepted but had no shipped date as promised to be within 24 hours. So I promptly emailed overstock.com support. They quickly replied and answered any and all questions I had. After the support email I checked the status of my order. Item shipped!! So I checked the fedex number and it said it would be here on the 26th of November, a Tuesday. I was perfectly fine with that. However..come Saturday (Today) the 23rd..Item already arrived! I was under the assumption that Saturday delivery was only with Fedex two day and overnight?! Looks like someone at overstock pulled some strings and got me my item sooner than fedex would have delivered it! As I opened the box I discovered an awesome Helly Hansen jacket as described and pictured. These people have excellent support staff and great products. I would not hesitate to do business with them again! Good Job!!"

"So far a horrible experience that has been going on for about three weeks now. Found this reseller on eBay who had very cheap prices on a AMD Duron 900mhz CPU. So I used the "Buy it Now" feature on eBay and immediately after paid. After several emails sent to them asking if they have received the payment and sent the CPU go unreturned I start to get weary. Every day they're negative comments seemed to build. After nine days I finally get a response saying that they're email server was down..I thought to myself fine. They told me it would ship out in two days. Six days later..nothing. Then I get an email saying that "Our shipment just arrived, we'll have the CPU shipping out tomorrow via Priority Mail" So i've come to the conclusion they're auctioning items they don't even have in stock. If the CPU doesn't come today then i'll be using every method possible to get my money back. I'll update this when and if the CPU does come.
Update:10/28/02 Still no CPU.as promised by seller. Not surprised.
Update 11/01/02 CPU finally arrived. Had to fill out a Square Trade complaint which was quickly answered by Utopia and CPU sent quickly afterwards. Would do business again. I think they just need better organization.

This is not a company more like a fraud! The CPU I bought from them was purchased through tcwo and it's dead. Whoever the guy is that runs this so called company didn't even buy the CPU till after my auction had ended. Contacted TCWO and there's nothing they can do about my situation. Guess i'm SOL"

"I can't believe this experience. Ordered a stick of their "House Brand" 256mb RAM. First of all took two weeks to receive the RAM from California to Washington. When I did receive the RAM I thought for sure it was a toy. It looked like someone had stuck some chips on a circuit board with super glue (Very cheap quality memory). I knew before I even tried it out it would be DOA and come to find out it was. So I immediately sent an email requiring a full refund due to this. Their policy states I have to wait for a confirmation email before I can ship the RAM back..so I waited..four days or so..no email..so I rechecked the email that I sent to them and changed it to say refund minus 15% restock..what do you know..fast reply. So I sent the memory back hoping that I would get a full refund anyway. Check my account almost a week after they received it and they charged me a 15% restock fee on DOA memory. Can you believe that?? So now some sucker is going to get that RAM and charged the same 15% stock fee. Point is if you want good memory..go somewhere else. If you want quick shipping..go somewhere else. I'm so surprised this company isn't shut down by now. Took me almost 30 minutes of constant phone ringing for them to answer. Anyone know of any lawsuits going on with this company?
UPDATE:
Please contact the Better Business Bureau about them. I've already filed a complaint about Buyaib and I got a quick reply back from the BBB. It seems that the BBB is following through with my complaint and they're taking necessary action towards Buyaib."
